Our bodies are miraculous machines. Our organs help filter out what we take in on a daily basis. The liver is the most important organ for filtration. From the food we eat to the air we breathe, the liver removes as much of these toxins as possible so our bodies remain balanced and healthy. However, an improper diet and unhealthy lifestyle can result in an overworked liver that no longer properly eliminates toxins.
