  3. How do I know which Botanic Glow products are right for me? Simply click on any of the links found on the left of each product page "Shop by Skin Type..." section for a complete list of products for your specific Skin Type.

  4. What is the shelf-life of Botanic Glow products? Our products have an expected shelf life of 12-24 months.

     
  5. Where are Botanic Glow products sold? At this time Botanic Glow products are sold exclusively online. Join our mailing list for updated information on deals, new products, and in store locations when available.

     
  6. I live in Missouri. Can I pick-up my Botanic Glow order? Currently our physical location is available for making and shipping products only.

     
  7. Is my credit card and personal information safe on your site? Our website uses Secure Sockets Layering (SSL) to encrypt your personal credit information, including your credit card number (before it travels over the Internet). SSL technology is the industry standard for secure online transactions. Because we use SSL, placing an order online at our website is as safe as giving your credit card number over the phone.   9. Why was sales tax added to my order? If your order is being SHIPPED to an address within the state of Missouri, you will be charged the appropriate sales tax percentage for the state. If your order is being shipped to an address outside of Missouri, no sales tax will be added to your order.

     
  10. Do you have a product catalog? No, not at this time.

     
  11. Do you offer international shipping? No, not yet. Currently, Botanic Glow only ships to the United States.
