We believe in protecting the safety of our products by avoiding cross contamination; therefore we ONLY accept returns or exchanges for full-sized unopened items with plastic wrapper seal intact within 30-days of your receipt.

Once we have confirmed that your items (s) are returnable, we will then issue you an RMA number for your return or exchange. Please be sure that the RMA# is visibly written on the OUTSIDE of your return package. Any products returned without an RMA or received after 30 days of your receipt will be refused and returned to you. To guarantee that your package has been received by us, we recommend mailing your package by a traceable carrier, so that you may track the status. Shipping charges must be pre-paid otherwise the package will be refused.
All return merchandise will be thoroughly inspected to insure that they are unused with plastic seals attached. If the item(s) is/are approved for a refund, we will credit your credit/debit card for the cost of the merchandise only. Shipping costs will not be refunded on returns or exchanges for any reason. Please allow 7-10 business days of receipt in order to process your return, and up to 30 days before the credit appears on your credit/debit card.
If the returned items prove to have been used and/or seals have been removed, we will dispose of the products and no refund will be issued. All merchandise returned for an exchange will be charged a shipping fee.
